12garlic cloves
1/2 cupFresh coriander, chopped
pinchSalt
1 tspvegetable oil

Heat oil in a pan and add the green chilies. Stir till they are well cooked. Turn the heat off.

In a blender, add coriander, chillies, garlic and salt and blend together.

Can be served as a chutney for extra spiceness.
