1 stickMelted Butter
1 cupPowdered Sugar
8 ozCream Cheese SOFTENED
1 largeContainer Cool Whip
1 boxChocolate Instant Pudding
3 cupMilk
1Nuts and chocolate syrup (OPTIONAL)

LAYER 1: crush 20-25 oreos, stir in melted butter and press into pan.

LAYER 2: Mix cream cheese and Powdered sugar until well blended. FOLD in 1/2 whipped Topping. Smooth onto 1st layer.

LAYER 3: Mix milk and instant Pudding mix. Smooth on top of 2nd layer.

LAYER 4: Smooth on top the rest of the whipped Topping. Crush up 8 - 10 more oreos, and sprinkle on top, drizzle chocolate syrup and throw in some nuts! !

I prepare this in a casserole dish. You can also bake the crust but I find it makes it hard.
