Ingredients

  1. 3 lbbeef cut in chunks
  2. 2onions sliced
  3. 4red potatoes diced
  4. 1 mediumcan chipotle chiles
  5. 6 cupwater
  6. 1salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    add potatoes, onions, and beef to fry pan stiring frequently let cook till meet browns

  2. 2

    in blender place chipotles and 2 cups of water and blend until smooth

  3. 3

    add blended salsa an other 4 cups of water to fry pan with meat.

  4. 4

    salt to taste and let simmer about 30 minutes
