Ingredients

2 hours
4 servings
  • Beef roast
  • 2 lbbeef chunks
  • 1 eachlarge onion chopped
  • 3 eachlarge potatoes washed and peeled diced
  • 1 envelopeonion soup mix
  • 1 cupginger ale
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 1garlic bulb
  • 1 eachsmall pack of baby carrots

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Combine all but seasoning in crockpot and mix well.

  2. 2

    Add the salt pepper and garlic to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook with the lid on crockpot and stir occasionally.

  4. 4

    Cook on the high setting for about two hours or until potatoes and beef are tender.
