Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Beef roast
  2. 2 lbbeef chunks
  3. 1 eachlarge onion chopped
  4. 3 eachlarge potatoes washed and peeled diced
  5. 1 envelopeonion soup mix
  6. 1 cupginger ale
  7. 1salt
  8. 1pepper
  9. 1garlic bulb
  10. 1 eachsmall pack of baby carrots

  1. 1

    Combine all but seasoning in crockpot and mix well.

  2. 2

    Add the salt pepper and garlic to taste.

  3. 3

    Cook with the lid on crockpot and stir occasionally.

  4. 4

    Cook on the high setting for about two hours or until potatoes and beef are tender.
