Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 19 in unbaked pie crust
  2. 1 cuplight corn syrup
  3. 1 cupfirmly packed brown sugar
  4. 3 eacheggs, beaten
  5. 1/3 cupbutter
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspvanilla
  8. 1 tspalmond extract
  9. 1 cupchopped pecans

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except for pie crust and pecans.

  2. 2

    The mixture will be a light medium brown and should NOT be lumpy.

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.

  4. 4

    Top with chopped pecans, can add more if you please.

  5. 5

    Place in oven 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. Or center set.

  6. 6

    Enjoy.
