Herb and Ranch Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425º.

Wash and cut fingerling potatoes in half or quarter larger ones.

Mix all herbs, ranch powder and the 6 tablespoons of oil into a bowl. Add potatoes and coat well.

Spread coated potatoes evenly onto an ungreased baking sheet. Spoon excess herb oil over potatoes.

Bake/Roast potatoes for 25 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste when you take them out of the oven to cool. Enjoy!
