cut onion and garlic into small bits...heat the olive oil in the casserole..saute' the mince meat with onion and garlic until golden brown..

put the tomato sauce and 1cup of water let it simmer for about 15 minutes in medium heat...

add the carrots"all the veggies must be cut in cubes"and potato...simmer for 5mins.

add the rest of the ingredients..and allow to simmer for another 10 minutes or until the veggies are soft...

serve with plain white rice or pita..
