Preheat oven to 400°F.

Fry the sausage and remove from Grease.

Prepare carrots, mushrooms, peppers and onions.

Spray 11 x 15 baking pan with Pam and pour in 1 can chicken broth.

Measure empty broth can full of rice and spread evenly into broth filled baking dish.

Layer sausage and vegetables on top of rice.
- 7
Sprinkle 1/2 of seasoning on top of the vegetables and pour on the last 2/3 can of broth.

Add remainder of seasoning.

Bake uncovered at 400°F for 1 hour. Serve hot.
