  1. 1 cuppepper jack cheese, grated
  2. 1 cupchedder cheese (grated)
  3. 4 ozcream cheese, softened
  4. 4 ozjar of pimentos, diced
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1 pinchblack pepper
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1/4 tsppaprika
  9. 1/4 cupmayo

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    add all the cheeses together. cream cheese should be soft (room temperature) and the other cheeses should be grated..

  2. 2

    add drained pimento chopped ...

  3. 3

    once it is well mixed together add Mayo and mix until creamy. I use my mixer on low..

  4. 4

    can be used as a dip at a party with celery sticks.

Very good. Hubby said better than store bought. (next time will use 1/4 tea garlic powder)
