Ingredients

  1. 6eggs
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1/2 cupflour
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/2 cupsliced cheese
  7. 1/2 cupsliced tomatoes
  8. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  9. 1/4 cupchopped green pepper
  10. 1/4 cupbacon or beef slices

    Pre-heat oven to 180°C. In large oven pan add oil or spray oil or parchment paper

  2. 2

    In blender add the eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Mix them all.

    Pour the mixture into the oven pan

  4. 4

    Chop any vegetables as desired

  5. 5

    Add the chopped vegetables, cheese and ham or beef on top of the mixture

  6. 6

    Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes

  7. 7

    Leave the pan for 5 minutes to cool down then start rolling the egg mixtures
