Ingredients

  1. 3 cupchicken broth
  2. 1 cuporzo, pasta
  3. 4 slicebacon, cooked & crumbled, set aside
  4. 1/2 cupdiced onion
  5. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  6. 1/2each red & green peppers, diced
  7. 6diced fresh mushrooms
  8. 1salt & pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, bring broth to a boil, cook pasta til al dente.

  2. 2

    Cook bacon in a large skillet, crumble, set aside

  3. 3

    Drain off bacon grease but leave about 3 tbls, add onions, garlic, peppers & mushrooms saute til tender.

  4. 4

    Add pasta into the vegtables, stir add crumbled bacon.

  5. 5
