Ingredients

32 servings
  1. 1 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. 1/2 cupunsalted butter at room temperature
  5. 3/4 cuppeanut utter, creamy or crunchy
  6. 1/3 cuppacked light brown sugar
  7. 1/3 cupgranulated sugar
  8. 1large egg
  9. 2 tbspmilk, any type you have
  10. 1 tspvanilla extract
  11. 1 1/2 cupmini M&Ms
  12. 10 ozcrushed butterfinger candy

    Line your cookie sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 375.

    In a medium bowl whisk.flour, baking soda and salt, set aside

    Add sugars, beat until light and fluffy, add egg, milk and vanilla, beat in

    In a large bowl beat butter and peanut butter until creamy

    Stir in flour mixture, and mini M&Ms

    Have crushed Butterfinger candy on a plate

    Roll.cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in crushed Butterfinger crumbs, pressing to adhere.

    Place coated cookie balls 2 inches apart on prepared pans, press balls to flatten slightly with the palm of your hand.

    Bake 10 to 14 minutes until golden. Cool on making sheet 2 minutes then transfer to.wire rack to cool completely.

“Fenway” passed away on 2/3/2021. For the last year she tried to teach her husband of 42 years how to cook like her. Although I will never be as good of a cook as her she did pass on her passion for cooking. Therefore, I will attempt to carry on her legacy and maintain/update her site. My wife was a Registered Nurse, a licensed deep water aerobics instructor, a mother to our 2 children and a fantastic cook. We grew up in New England but have been fortunate to live all over the US. I am now retired, missing her terribly, but thankful for all the years we had together and all her cooking lessons.

I didn't have the Butterfingers to coat it in but it was still delicious and my little brothers loved them. :cookie
