Ingredients

8 servings

1/4 cupButter
2 tbspOnion, grated
1 cupTurkey, cooked and diced
2 cuppotatoes, diced
1 cupcelery, diced
2 cupTurkey broth
1 cupcreamed corn
2 cuphalf and half (found in dairy)
1 Tbspsalt
1/4 tsppaprika
1/4 tspground ginger
1 dashblack pepper

Steps

Heat butter in a large soup pot. Stir in onion and cook briefly.

Add turkey, potatoes, celery and broth.

Simmer until vegetables are tender.

Add remaining ingredients.

Heat through and adjust seasoning.
