Take one handfull of shredded mozzarella cheese ,leave in room temperature for a while ,as long as you can form index size balls,i got 14balls,if you want more double or triple recipe

Pour flour and oregano over balls,coat it lighty

Mix tasbasco sauce,ketchup,mustard

Dip balls in sauce,coat with breadcrumbs ,do this twice

Brings ball to freezer ,after 1 hour is ready to fry ,on medium heat ,until golden ..serve hot with sauce
