  • 1/2 lbcarrots, sliced half inch thick on bias
  • 1/2 cuporange mango fruit juice
  • 2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 3 tbspbutter

    Heat butter, sugar, and juice in skillet over medium high heat. Bring to simmer quickly.

  2. 2

    Add carrots. Stir every so often for about 15 minutes or until desired tenderness.
