Measure and sieve flour

Add butter and rub against the flour to form crumbs like

Add the pureed pumpkin and mix

On a separate bowl add sugar, salt, blackpepper, cinnamon, oil and warm milk or water and stir.

Now add the mix to the flour and knead

Knead well for about 10 minutes till the dough doesn't stick on your hands

Cover the dough with cling and let it rest for 1-4 hours. I left mine for 4 hours for a better taste.

Next divide the dough into desirable sizes, spread it, apply oil, fold it back again.
