  1. 4chicken breasts
  2. 1 tbsppaprika
  3. 1lemon
  4. 1 tbspchicken spices powder
  5. 1salt and pepper
  6. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

    Wash the chicken breast then add paprika, chicken spices, salt and pepper and squeeze a lemon

  2. 2

    In a non-stick pan 1TB olive oil then add the chicken

  3. 3

    Done. Serve with wholegrain pasta for a healthy meal
