This is the recipe my grandmother and my husbands grandmother used. And I noticed this year that it is the same recipe on the back of the Karo bottle...maybe that's where they got it from many moons ago!

Preheat oven to 350°

In a medium bowl, stir the first 5 ingredients thoroughly

Pour into pie crust and cover with pecans
- 4
Bake on middle rack for 60 minutes
- 5
Cover pie with foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes (until middle is springy)
- 6
Cool for 2-3 hours before slicing (or it'll be runny!)
