Steps

Slaughter the chicken and put in boiled water to remove the features. Then put on top of a jiko using a wire mesh

Divide the chicken in to pieces removing the intestines and other none edible things such as bile.

Boil with salt and some water. If the chicken is tough add meat tenderizer or unground ginger.

Boil until water is over add in more oil. Fry the chicken. You will see some chicken pieces turning to golden brown. Then add in onions. Fry until until soft or abit golden brown

Add tomatoes and fry in the chicken

Add little water. Dissolve water in 1/4 cup or 1/8 of a litre.
