Debone chicken and discard skin.

Finely chop chicken checking for and removing small bones.

Add in a large bowl chicken, buffalo sauce, pepper, cheese and green onions.

Roll 1 in. Balls of mixture. Roll each ball in flour, then roll in eggs and then roll in breadcrumbs.

Set chicken balls aside and refrigerate for 20 min.

Deep fry at 350° in small groups (about 6-8 at a time) for about 2-2 1/2 min.

Top with parmesan and parsley and serve warm. Use ranch or bleu cheese dipping sauce for an added bonus! Yummmo!!
