Ingredients

5minutes
two people
  • Onions(spring onion)
  • Red,yellow and green peppers
  • 1 piecegarlic
  • Carrots
  • 2eggs
  • Pinchsalt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all vegetables into cubes

  2. 2

    Crash and cut garlic into small pieces

  3. 3

    Pour little oil in the frying pan when ready add onions,garlic and carrots

  4. 4

    Stir continuously until a half cooked

  5. 5

    Add the red green and yellow peppers,stir until half cooked

  6. 6

    When ready move aside

  7. 7

    Beat the eggs add little salt and stir to mix

  8. 8

    Pour little oil in the frying pan when ready pour some amount of egg in it

  9. 9

    Allow to cook for a short time while turning

  10. 10

    Scoop the vegetable with the spoon and arrange at the middle of the egg and fold it from the two sides

  11. 11

    Seal and turn the upper part to be cooked

  12. 12

    When ready remove and cook the rest following same procedure.

  13. 13

    Allow both sides to cook properly to form golden brown colour
