Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the beef to pieces then cook for 30 minutes. If possible use meat tenderizer.

  2. 2

    Dice the onion and add to the beef. Cook for a while then add hoho followed by tomatoes

  3. 3

    Stir well then add Dania. Add soup and cook for till the soup is thick.

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali
