Preheat oven to 400°F

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, honey, and all seasonings. Stir very well.

Set mixture aside

Coat bottom of large baking dish with olive oil.

Tenderize pork chops well and place in baking dish.

Cover pork chops with glaze evenly. Cover dish with aluminum foil, and place in oven.

Bake for 40 minutes. Uncover, turn chops over, and bake for ten more minutes, until brown.

Remove from oven and enjoy.
