1/3 cupflour
1/2 cupground almond

Preheat oven 180° C

Cream butter and sugar

Add the dry ingredients and mix well

Immediately make little round balls with a very light hand and flatten lightly.

Place on a lightly greased baking tray, with enough space in between

Bake for 15-20 mins

Let it cool on the tray before removing

Enjoy with a cup of tea ^-^
