Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 8Chicken Thighs
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1/4 cupwhipping cream
  4. 12 clovegarlic
  5. 1/2lemon (cut into slices)
  6. 1 pinchcayenne pepper
  7. 1/4 cupwhite wine
  8. 1salt
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. 1 tspcoriander (cut)
  11. 1 tbspblack pepper
  12. 1 bunchBroccoli (thinly sliced)

Cooking Instructions

    Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, on the both surfaces.

    Heat up a skillet (cast-iron skillet preferred) on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pan-fry the chicken until both surfaces become crispy or nicely browned.

    Make sure the chicken is well cooked and then remove them from the skillet and set aside.

    In the same skillet, add garlic in and cook until slightly browned. Then add broccoli, cayenne pepper, cream, wine in and cook for about a min.

    Add lemon slices in.

    Add the chicken back into the skillet.

    Sprinkle coriander leaves into the skillet, stir well, remove from heat and serve immediately.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
