Ingredients

  1. 200 gramspasta
  2. 1/2red onion
  3. 2spring onions
  4. 1/3cucumber
  5. 2chicken breast fillets
  6. 5mushrooms
  7. 2 tbsphellmanns mayonnaise
  8. 50 gramsbaby spinach

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    fry chicken in non stick pan, no oil, when cooked add mushrooms and fry for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    boil pasta 10-15 mins.

  3. 3

    chop onion, spring onions, cucumber and place in mixing bowl. wash spinach and add.

  4. 4

    add pasta and chicken to bowl, add mayo and stir, serve.
