In a large saute pan, sear the beef until brown.

Add onion, fry on a large fire for 5-8 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

Add water, more salt and pepper if wanted. Close the lid, and stew on a medium-small fire until meat is ready.

Add pasta. Stir and boil until ready on a medium-high fire with a lid open.
