1/2small cup Pasta
1small same cup water
2 small same cupmilk
1 TSPghee
10saffron strands infused with 1/4 cup warm milk
2 tbspsugar or per taste
1 Tbspchopped nuts for Garnish

Heat a pressure cooker,add water, milk. and ghee. Let it boil. Add pasta and stir continuously for minutes.

Close the lid and cook for 2 whistle on low flame. Release gas naturally. Add sugar and saffron infused milk and stir continuously for few minutes or until creamy texture and well cooked pasta. Then turn off the flame.

Transfer in serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
