I made this today.
Steps

Cut beef into small pieces. put in a sufuria add some water and put to boil with salt and 1 tbsp of oil

Boil until water dries up add in 1 tbsp of garlic cloves. And mix until a sweet aroma is produced.

Add in onions fry until soft. Then add in pilau masala.

Fry for two minutes then add in rice.

Stir well add in salt and water and cover.
- 6
Boil for 30 minutes then check if ready if not stir for a while add 1/4 litre more water cover then continue boiling for 10 to five more minutes

Serve when ready.
