Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breasts
  2. 4 slicebacon
  3. 1onion, sliced
  4. 1/2green pepper, jullianed
  5. 2 tbspolive oil
  6. 1tomato, sliced
  7. 1avacado, sliced
  8. 2 slicegreen lettuce
  9. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  10. 2hoagie buns

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat a pan on medium heat. Add half of the oil. Add onions and peppers. Turn heat down and caramelize onions.

  2. 2

    Heat pan and cook bacon. Remove cooked bacon from pan but keep grease for chicken.

  3. 3

    Season chicken then add to hot bacon grease. Cook chicken until done.

  4. 4

    Spread mayo on bread then add lettuce, avocado, bacon, tomato, chicken, onions and peppers.
