1 cupfresh beans
2 cloveonion, chopped
1 tspcayenne pepper
2 tbspnatural ghee
2 tspsalt
1 smallgreen pepper

Boil the beans for about 45 mins... then boil the cassava for about 20-30 minutes till soft. Fry the other ingredients in the ghee then add the beans and cassava to it. Slow Cook for about 15 mins

This dish is delicious. It tastes just the way it looks in the picture- simple and filling. The ghee makes it yummy and the cayenne gives a little heat.
