I just had a bunchof chilies on my fridge and I didn't want them to go bad, so I made bread!

Sieve the flour and the baking powder add the slt and mix lightly together. Pre-heat iven at 210°C

Cut the butter in dices and kneed ut until it's consistency us of that of crumbles.

Chop the chilies and remove the seeds of only 2-3 of them, dependig on how spicy you want it.

Make a hole in the middle and pour the milk and add the chopped chilies.

Knead until gooey and then sprinkle flour on a flat surface and proceed to kneed there until it doesn't stick to your fingers.

Make balls a bit bigger than a golf ball, put them on a tray (with non-stick paper) and slightly flatten them.

Beat the egg, add some tabasco in it and paint the balls with a brysh.

Bake for 20 minutes (oruntil golden brown). Let them cool down befire esting.
