Ingredients

  1. 1 canpink salmon
  2. 1/2onion, chopped, add more if desired
  3. 1garlic clove, chopped, add more if desired
  4. 1 bunchcoriander
  5. 1/2 tsptabasco, add more if desired
  6. 4 tbspolive oil, extra virgin, add more if desired
  7. hot paprika

    Drain the salmon and transfer to a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients, and mix well.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle some paprika over the salmon.

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy with some crusty bread.
