Ingredients

2 hours 30 mins

  1. 1 packagesMccormicks Mesquite Marinade
  2. 1Slab Ribs
  3. 3 cupBrown Sugar

Steps

2 hours 30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix marinade as instructed.

  2. 2

    Add ribs and marinade over night.

  3. 3

    Preheat to 350°F

  4. 4

    Place ribs and all of marinade in 9x13 baking pan. cover tightly with foil.

  5. 5

    Bake for 2 hours.

  6. 6

    Take out of oven and cover with brown sugar.

  7. 7

    Recover and bake for 30 minutes or until brown sugar has melted on top of ribs.

  8. 8

    Let sit for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
