Webb poppers
Truly a crowd pleaser . One of my husband's favorites.
Steps
- 1
So I start by cutting all the jalapeños into halfs
- 2
Than I use a spoon and take the seeds out. On this step you can also decide on how hott you want the poppers , so gutting the peppers very well won't leave much heat.
- 3
After that it gets messy, I use the spoon and fill each pepper with cream cheese . Fill them to the max or whatever your liking is . Also the cream cheese doesn't have to be room temperature either .
- 4
After filling I take a slice of bacon and dip it down into the cream cheese and start wrapping the bacon around the pepper . If you can't get large peppers , no problem. Just cut the bacon slices in half . I've done that plenty of times.
- 5
After the bacon is on , on a cookie sheet I line it with foil and dash soy sauce on the bottom. Just a couple dashes . Then I spread out the poppers and bake at 350 for about 35 to 45 minutes. Just till the bacon and cream cheese start to brown and crisp .
