Basic Pizza Dough Basic Pizza Dough
I think that kneading flour into dough is the ultimate Slow Food. When I'm leisurely kneading dough on a day off while listening to music, all my daily stress just disappears. The dough will become more delicious too.The most important thing is to knead the dough thoroughly. Please knead it well for 20 to 30 minutes while listening to music. Just be careful not to knead your iPod into the dough! The other key is to rest the dough in the refrigerator. It will become very easy to flatten out. Recipe by Koba cookpad.japan -

Pizza Dough 🍕 or “Coca de Sal”!! Pizza Dough 🍕 or “Coca de Sal”!!
I’m sharing the recipe for “Cocas de Sal” from my hometown. You could say they’re kind of like “flatbreads” here, but just topped with olive oil and salt. They also make a great base for any kind of pizza you like!I used to make them with my grandma. They’re super easy to make and come out really crispy! We’d eat them plain or with cheese, ham, or some kind of cured meat.Sometimes we’d make pizza, and one of our favorites was with zucchini, onion, and red bell pepper. Today I added some bacon and sausage too — my husband likes a bit of protein on his!We used to bake them in a wood-fired oven she had out in the garden. You wouldn’t believe how amazing they smelled!#CrazyPizzaChallenge Chus Molinero -
Easy and Foolproof Puffy Pizza Dough Easy and Foolproof Puffy Pizza Dough
When I was making pancakes, I realized I didn't have enough milk and they turned out to be quite heavy and cake-like. That gave me the idea to make this. I tested this recipe many times and finally settled on this recipe. It won't create crispy pizza, but I love the softness and the thickness of this pizza, and am really happy with this. There aren't really any hints.Since there's no need for rising or kneading, it can be made in a flash! It will probably taste even better if you make real pizza sauce! Spinnable Pizza Dough Spinnable Pizza Dough
-I used to use yeasted pizza dough, but I wanted the crust to be crispier so I stopped using yeast. And when I was rolling out the dough, I thought I could spin it in the air, and tried it - and I succeeded. The dough doesn't stretch out as much as when they show it being done on TV, but it's really fun.-Use lots of pizza sauce! This is key! Leave the edge clear of toppings and sauce to enjoy the crispy texture. Otherwise you may run out of sauce too....-The pizza cooks faster on a grill rather than in the oven. It comes out crispier too. Recipe by happyblessing cookpad.japan -
