Steps
- 1
Heat flour tortillas on a flat pan over medium heat for 5-10 seconds on each side
- 2
Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on half of the tortilla. You can use less or more depending on how you like your sauce. 1 tablespoon is always enough for our family.
- 3
Place 3-5 slices of pepperoni on top of the pizza sauce. You can preheat the pepperonis if you like but they will heat up in skillet.
- 4
Place a decent amount of shredded mozzarella on top of sauce and pepperonis. I usually do 1 handful each tortilla.
- 5
Fold the tortilla over by grabbing the side that is plan and pull gently to cover the other half of tortilla. Let cook 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted, flipping once or twice. You can lower heat and cook longer while flipping occasionally to get the tortilla to crisp a little. Be careful not to burn the tortilla
- 6
Remove from heat and place on a plate and cut into 3s and enjoy. You may heat up additional pizza sauce and use as a dip to eat along side pizzadillas
