Mandazi
This is favorite dish, its simple and easy to prepare.
Steps

Mix flour and baking powder, add in oil and stir. Then add in the broken eggs and mix.

Then add warm water and knead very well until you get a soft dough.

Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Put some flour in a flat surface and spread it. Then start to roll the dough to be 0.5 cm thick.

Using a knife cut the mandazi in a flat surface.

Put oil in a pan and heat until hot then put in the cut mandazi dough in the hot oil. Heat until golden brown. Dry in a paper towel and serve.
