Ingredients

30 mins
  • 6 sliceBacon
  • 2 tbspMayo
  • 2 canWhite tuna in water
  • 1 can4 oz. can of diced green chili's, or fresh roasted.
  • 1 loafFresh baked bread, or rolls. I buy the frozen dough
  • 1tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheese of your choice or several slices of cheese

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Bake bread or rolls as indicated on package

  2. 2

    Cook perfect bacon ( see my perfect bacon.)

    preheat oven to 350

  4. 4

    mix tuna & mayo, add salt & pepper

  5. 5

    slice tomato

  6. 6

    dice green chili's if necessary

    cool bread, or rolls slice in half

  8. 8

    spread bread with a thin layer of mayo

  9. 9

    spread tuna mixture unto bread evenly

  10. 10

    spread green chili's on top of tuna

  11. 11

    add tomato

  12. 12

    add slices of bacon

  13. 13

    sprinkle shredded, or place sliced cheese on top

    cover with other half of bread

  15. 15

    bake at 350 for 15+ minutes until warmed and cheese is melted
