  • Veggie Topping
  • 1 eachwhite onion
  • 6 smalltomatoes
  • 1 mediumcucumber
  • 1 mediumlettuce
  • Taco Sauce:
  • 1/4 kgground beef
  • 1 smallred bell pepper
  • 1 smallcarrot
  • 1pepper and salt
  • 1sugar
  • 1chili powder
  • 2 dozenmini tacos
  • 1mayonnaise
  • 1parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    FOR THE TACO SAUCE:Saute ground beef, carrots and red bell pepper in olive oil.

  2. 2

    Add a bit of pepper , salt ,sugar and chili powder to taste.(optional)

  3. 3

    Let it cool and set aside.

  4. 4

    FOR THE TACO TOPPING:

    Chop the veggie toppings and refrigerate.

  6. 6

    Fill the taco shell with the sauce, veggie toppings.

  7. 7

    Add/sprinkle mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
