Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbsharp cheddar cheese ( cracker barrel)
  • 1/2 lbextra sharp cheddar cheese (cracker barrel)
  • 1 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1jar diced pimentos., drained
  • 1to 2 Tbsp onion juice
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1/2to 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1jalopeno peppers, chopped; if desired

  1. 1

    Grate the cheese. DO NOT USE PROCESSED GRATED Cheese. It does not soften. Add in 1 1/2 cups mayo; add in slowly to see if you need the whole amount. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Don't over mix. Use a fork. Let set overnite to blend.

    I have used extra sharp cheddar cheese for entire recipe and it's awesome!
