Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchfresh Rosemary
  2. 1 mediumlemon juice
  3. tbsplemon zest
  4. 3 clovegarlic cloves
  5. 1/3 tspSea salt
  6. 1/3 tspground black pepper
  7. 1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin

    Mix all ingredients together

  2. 2

    Rub generously under the skin of chicken

  3. 3

    Pat skin down and rub with extra virgin Olive oil...till coated.

  4. 4

    If you have dutch oven great if you don't any pan, skillet will do (oven proof) @375 for 1hr 1/2 or until chicken temp is at 165 all the way through...no raw chicken...ENJOY

Being lazy I just used a rotisserie chicken from the deli and used your spicing when I reheated it-so wonderful, thanks much!
