In a pan add olive oil then garlic and curry leaves stirr

Add chilli and coriander then sliced onion stirr

Add salt and chilli powder mix well and stirr

Spread evenly don't cook more. onions should be kept crunchy

Beat well the two white eggs add little salt. Spread evenly on onion mixture.

Don't flip or cover.

Rremove and put over jwarichi bhakri. (Spread some pizza sauce on bhakri if you like) cut into slices
