Ingredients

  • 4Chicken Breasts
  • 1/3 cuphoney
  • 1/3 cupsriracha sauce
  • 1 cuppanko bread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix honey and sriracha into a small condiment bowl or dish until well mixed. Flour the chicken (optional)

  2. 2

    With brush, coat the chicken breast with honey Sriracha mixture. Make sure you coat both sides. Place in a bowl when done pour remaining mixture on chicken

  3. 3

    Place panko bread crumbs on plate or in plastic bag to bread chicken.

  4. 4

    Place breaded chicken in a baking dish and bake in over for 50 minutes at 350

Yummy...definitely trying this again. Chicken was moist and not too spicy.
