1 1/3 cupwelchs sparkling white grape juice
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 tbspchicken seasoning
1 tbspgarlic powder
16 lbturkey
1 bunchgrapes
2 eachoranges
1 eachgreen apple
1 bunchmustard greens

pre heat oven at 350

inject the turkey with the liquor and white grape juice
3

rub turkey with all the seasonings
4

put breast down in roasting pan
5

cook 6 hours on 250 in oven

flip turkey and cook the breast to brown at 350 for 1 1/2 hours

garish when done
