Remove the corned beef from the package and place the fatty side down in the crock pot.

Add your juice to the crock pot.

Add water until corn beef is completely covered, add the seasonings that comes with the package and then place the lid on the crock pot.

Turn on crock pot it takes 6 to 8 hours 2.5 lbs at high and low 12 plus hours. Cook to the recommended internal temperature.

Once cooked, remove from crock pot and let it sit for about 30 to 40 minutes. Remove the excess fat from underneath & then slice.
