Wash and cut the tops off the peppers. Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit. Fire upnthe grill.

Mix the meat and sausage with onions. Add a couple of pieces of pepper from top int the meat. Add to peppers top with cheese.

Put on the grill rotating quarter turn, Every 3 minutes after 20 minutes on the grill remove add tomato puree finish in the oven 30 minutes. Let sit 7 minutes. Grate some cheese to top them off. Serve, hope you enjoy!
