Sweet and sour chicken

This. Is. The. Best. Sweet. And. Sour. Chicken. I've. Ever. Had. It seriously tops all restaurants. I personally ate so much I though my stomach was going to burst. Seriously you need to try this if you love Asian food.

This recipe is a lighter version of the usual sweet and sour chicken and also easier to make but absolutely delicious!Orange chicken with pineapple chunks.Note: you can add bell peppers if you like them too.You can also add garlic & ginger, you just have to heat them in the skillet for about 20s before adding the pineapple and sauce. This time I made without them and it tasted nice regardless.Recipe by appetiteforchina.com momo99 -

Everyone who likes sweet and sour chicken should have their own recipe to make at home, and I mean "making the sauce yourself" level of at-home cooking. Because that bottled sweet and sour sauce? No thank you! I prefer to control the amounts of certain ingredients going into my dishes (like sugar and sodium). In actuality, a lot of your favorite "Chinese dishes" (you know, what you pile on your plate at the buffet or call to have delivered at 11pm lol) are a LOT simpler to make at home than you may realize. This is my version of the standard favorite.
