I'm expecting and was craving something a little different to go with a roast and Sister Schubert's yeast rolls so I decided to put a little twist on a recipe I found on the back of the Lipton onion soup mix by simply adding a little honey. Hope you like!

Ingredients

2 lbred potatoes
2 envelopeLipton onion soup mix
1honey
1/3 cupolive oil

Steps

Pre-heat oven at 425. Cut potatoes in half then into fourths. Rinse and put into bowl.

Add olive oil and onion soup mix to potatoes. Mix well.

Then drizzle with honey and place in baking dish or roasting pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
