First boil the water and sprinkle salt in the pot for the pasta

Clean the chicken thigh ( take the skin off) and mix it with some spices in your pantry

Put a frying pan on the stove and clarify onions with light oil.

After the onions are clear put in your chicken to cook it

While your chicken is cooking and your pasta is boiling take your tomato, bell pepper, and onion and put it into a blender or a chopper. The out come should be like chunky salsa

When your noodles are done drain the water and take your finished chicken and put it on top of the noodles ( so they can stay warm)

Put you salsa in the pan that your chicken was in and warm it up. You can leave it like that or use a spoon full of flour to thicken it

After the salsa is heated take the chicken and smother it in the salsa

Get a bowl put your noodles in first than your chicken with the salsa. You should not have to add any salt because the salsa is mixed with the seasons from the chicken. ENJOY!
